Rohto Mentholatum (Cambodia) Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of Rohto Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. is a multi- national fast-moving consumer goods and OTC pharmaceutical corporation headquartered in Tatsumi-nishi, Ikuno-ku, Osaka, Japan with presence in North America, Europe, China and Asia-Pacific.Due to our business is growing rapidly now we are seeking for potential candidates to fill the following full time and part time as below:

  • Cosmetic Channel Manager
Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Manage all MSG sales supervisor and salesman
  • Prepare itinerary for supervisor and salesman
  • Checking and evaluating supervisor and salesman performance
  • Follow up daily sales report by salesman and by items
  • Set up target and implementing to achieve the target
  • Divide target to supervisor and salesman by area
  • Market survey and feedback from Trade or user
  • Prepare key issue and action plan for monthly, quarterly, yearly
  • Coaching salesman, motivate and leading all supervisor and salesman to reach company goals
  • Finding Sub Distributor or Key Wholesale in Phnom Penh or Provinces
  • Control the aging AR report by daily to ensure that customers paid on time
  • Control daily sale procedure and improving abilities and capacities
  • Cooperate with other divisions of the company to make sale process go smoothly
Job Requirements
  • Have experience at least 4-5 years
  • Have experience as a Sale Representative or Medical & Sales Representative is priority
  • Females are preferable, age from 32 years old
  • Good communication and explanation
  • Good appearance and behavior
  • Ensure GT and PH channel
